Every week we bring you a list of the top former Bears players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. EJ Onu (6'11''-F-1999, played in 2017-21, plays pro in Germany). He could not help Brose Bamberg to beat EWE Baskets (10-4) in the German BBL.
Onu recorded only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 16 minutes.
his team was crushed107-84 on the road by the second-ranked EWE Baskets.
It's Onu's first season with the team.
This year he averages 8.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.2bpg in 34 games he played so far.
#2. Issac Abergut (6'7''-F-1998, played in 2020-23, plays in Australia) was not able to help Noarlunga City Southern Tigers (4-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance the sixth-placed Noarlunga City Southern Tigers (4-4) were crushed106-71 in Marden by the lower-ranked Norwood Flames (#6) in the Central group.
Abergut scored 11 points.
Abergut has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 15.5ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.1apg.
#3. Frederick Moore II (6'7''-F-1996, played in 2014-18, currently in the TBL) led Cincinnati Warriors to a 3-point victory against the Kokomo Bobkats (13-8) 102-99 in the TBL on Friday night.
Moore II had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 10 rebounds in 24 minutes.
The Cincinnati Warriors have 7-13 record this season.
There are only four games left until the end of the TBL Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
Moore II has relatively good stats this year 13.5ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.5apg in 11 games.
#4. Donoven Carlisle (6'8''-F-1998, played in 2020-22, plays pro in Venezuela) was not able to secure a victory for Llaneros (3-8) in their game against Pioneros (5-3) in the Venezuelan SPB.
He scored 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
But the seventh-placed Llaneros (3-8) was edged63-61 in a derby game by the higher-ranked Pioneros (#3) in the Group I.
It was Llaneros' third consecutive loss in a row.
This season Carlisle averages 6.2ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.2apg.
