The Oregon Tech overcame the top-seeded Bellevue to claim the Division II National Championship title. It was the second title in the school history for Oregon Tech. The game was a rematch of the 2004 national championship game and the Hustling Owls came out on top once again. Chance Wallesen knocked down two treys to fuel an 8:2 run from Bellevue early in the encounter. But Ryan Fiegi (6'7''-F) scored 6 point in a 14:0 run from the Owls that put them up. Oregon Tech enjoyed an 8-point advantage for some time in the first half however Bellevue had the last laugh in the half as they capped it with 5 straight points and trimmed the deficit to 3 points 23:26. Ben Thorn (6'3''-F) notched a trey soon after the start of the second half to square things up at 30. Bellevue put their noses in front 32:30 but were quickly denied the lead. Ryan Beesley fired from downtown and Oregon Tech regained the advantage. The Hustling Owls exploded with 7:0 rally to open up a decisive lead. Jerrod Tucker revived the intrigue with 4 straight points for the Bruins. Oregon Tech relied on 5 point in a row from Jguwon Hogges to pull away with a win. Ryan Fiegi was named the tournament's MVP. He led all scorers with 22 points. Jguwon Hogges added 14 points, while Ryan Beesley dropped 10 in a win. John Gray (6'3''-G-85) replied with 14 points and 7 boards for the Bruins.
