An interesting game for London Lightning (9-0) which hosted in London 3rd placed Five (3-6). Leader London Lightning managed to get a 13-point victory 114-101. London Lightning made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for American point guard Chris Jones (182-1991, college: Louisville, agency: Haylett Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 30 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. American-Jordanian forward Cameron Forte (201-1993, college: Portland St.) helped adding 19 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side American guard Jeremy Harris (185-1996, college: Buffalo) responded with 27 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import power forward Zena Edosomwan (206-1993, college: Harvard) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Five London Lightning and four Five players scored in double figures. Five's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for London Lightning. They maintain first place with 9-0 record. Five lost their third game in a row. They keep the third position with six games lost. London Lightning will play against league's second-placed Titans in Kitchener in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Five will play at home against Windsor Express and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
