Round 2 (Regular Season): Swish beat Royals in the most crucial game of the week

There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in WPBA. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

An exciting game was played in Berkeley. Swish faced Royals. Guests from Oakland defeated host Royals 107-97. The best player for the winners was guard Jada Lewis (175, college: SDSU) who scored 26 points. Alexsis Guidrybrown chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds. Mali forward Salimatou Kourouma (180-1999, college: Oregon) produced a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds for the hosts. Swish is looking forward to face Wolves in Alameda in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Royals will play against Phoenix and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game with biggest result difference took place in . Local Phoenix outscored Reign 109-52. Guard Delia Moore (170, college: CS East Bay) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Madison Michelis contributed with 22 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Mo Bennett (177-1990, college: Georgia Tech) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds for Reign. Phoenix will play against Royals in Berkeley in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Reign will play against Blaze and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 2 winless Titans were crushed by Blaze in a road game 86-56. Wolves beat Riptide at home 90-72.

Royals will play against Phoenix and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Guard Rebecca Harris (173-1986, college: Illinois) contributed with 26 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Jasmine Kong (168) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and guard Jolene Armendariz (175-2000, college: La Salle) added 10 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Riptide. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Wolves will play against Swish in Oakland in the next round.
