Bay City Blaze clinched 2025 title. They beat Bay Area Phoenix in the exciting Final on Sunday. Brooke Demetre (6'3''-F, college: Stanford) posted 26 points to pace the champions. It was a close battle from start to finish with the Blaze snatching a tough victory at the end. Ameela Li (5'6''-G-1997, college: Pacific) scored 21 points, while Isabella Mauricio (5'4''-G, college: Brown) contributed 20 points in the win. Delia Moore (5'7''-G, college: CS East Bay) and Erica McCall (6'3''-F/C-1995, college: Stanford) responded with 20 points each for Bay Area Phoenix.

The standout Canadian guard Ameela Li was named the Player of the Year of the championship-winning champion team Bay City Blaze. She graduated from the Pacific six years ago. Li received multiple other awards, was voted the Guard of the Year and was selected to the First Team. Her excellent performance assisted her team in beating Phoenix 92 to 90 in the final. Li was previously chosen to the Second Team back in 2022 and First Team back in 2023 and 2024 and Finals MVP last year. She averaged over 17 points per game in the league. McCall orchestrated her way to the fifth spot in points per game, showcasing a dazzling average of 20. She led the WPBA in rebounds per game with almost 15. Salimatou Kourouma, 25-year old Malian power forward from the Berkeley Royals, picked up the Center of the Year of Premier Basketball Association. She Is ex Oregon from 2025.
