Oakland Swish strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 36-year old 5-9 point guard Quenese Davis (college: SDSU). The last time (2016-2017) she played at Keltern in German DBBL. Davis missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
She is a very experienced player. Davis has played also professionally in Austria (Vienna United), Greece (PAOK Thessaloniki) and Israel (Ganei Tikva). She played in the final of MWC Tournament in 2008 and 2009.
Among many awards she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German DBBL Honorable Mention back in 2015.
Davis is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of last seasons in her extensive career, which she may end at Swish.
