The game between closely ranked teams ended with bottom-ranked Valkyrie's (0-8) home loss to seventh ranked Riptide (3-5) 76-84 on Saturday. Riptide dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Valkyrie's 32. They outrebounded Valkyrie 48-17 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds.
