(from Atlanta Aliens headquarters) The "A" means the Aliens! The Atlanta Aliens were not a Pre-Season Top Ranked team and they started their season being unranked, unknown, and unnoticed. With a totally new revamped team, it took some time for the Aliens to gel and they lost three games straight early in the season. They lost to Clarksville Phoenix (by forfeit), North Alabama War Dawgs (by 6pts) and Huntsville Rockets (by 8pts). December 18, 2022 was the time the Atlanta Aliens lost a game. Now they are clicking on all cylinders as one of the HOTTEST teams in the ABA winning ten games straight. Undefeated in 2023, winning all games in January and February. This is the longest winning streak ever for Aliens Head Coach Duck Richards , who is now in his 14th season. The Aliens are now 10th in Power Rankings and their record is now 14-3
According to Coach Duck Richards , "These guys (Aliens) are coming together at the right time. We are where we want to be in preparation for the ABA Playoffs." Their team motto is "Respect All, Fear None!" This season, the Atlanta Aliens have defeated ten different teams in the ABA Top 25 Power Rankings including five teams ranked in the Top 10. The Aliens are 8-0 against Georgia teams, 3-0 against Florida teams, 3-2 against Alabama teams and 0-1 against Tennessee teams. The Atlanta Aliens will play their final game of the regular season at home this weekend against Gulf Coast Hoopers from Mobile, Alabama. A win for the Aliens will captivate another 15 games winning season.
