The West team won the ABA All-Star game 163-149, led by Lou Kelly (196-G/F-79, college: UNLV), who scored 32 points and was also named the game MVP. Daryl Dorsey (186-G-81, college: S.Indiana) added 26 points and Todd Day (202-G/F-70, college: Arkansas) 25 for the West team, while the East Team has been led by Randy Gill (188-G-78, college: Bowie St.) who performed for 27 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists. The other best players in East team have been Antwain Antwain Barbour (196-G/F-82, college: Kentucky) (25 points) and Willie Shaw (198-F-82, college: St.John's) (23)
