Bottom-rankedJelly Fam managed to get a second victory, breaking the series of three consecutive losses on Saturday night. This time they won against fifth-ranked Diamond Doves 93-83 . Jelly Fam dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Diamond Doves ' 42. Jelly Fam forced 19 Diamond Doves turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Jelly Fam made 36 blocks. It was a great evening for Josue Manya who led his team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 29 points, 18 rebounds and 18 blocks (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). Yandel German helped adding 20 points, 5 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 blocks. At the losing side Jabron Bardwell responded with a triple-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 12 blocks and Jacob Williford scored 15 points and 5 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jelly Fam (2-5) moved-up to eighth place. Diamond Doves lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with four games lost. They share it with Blue Checks and RWE.
