YNG Dreamerz conquered OTE title. They held off City Reapers in Game 4 of the championship series to clinch the trophy. Dreamerz made 26-of-32 free shots (81.3 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 57.1 percentage. Guard Eli Ellis (186-2005) fired 33 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Jaiden Haynes chipped in 16 points. Meleek Thomas (191) produced 26 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Amari Evans (196-2006) added 17 points and 9 assists respectively for lost side. Five Dreamerz and four City Reapers players scored in double figures.

Amari Evans, 18-year old swingman from the Overtime City Reapers, was named the Defensive Player of the Year at the Overtime Elite League. He was also selected to the First Team. Evans' best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the YNG Dreamerz 1 to 3. He was previously voted the Regular Season Runner-Up, Champion and Defensive Player of the Year last year. Evans' consistent performance as a playmaker earned him the fourth ranked in rebounds per game, showcasing average of 7. He also averaged 16 points per game in the league. Evans has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 7 games on the year. His 29 points against Blue Checks were the most he scored in the 24 25 season. He won the Overtime Elite League championship title in 2024.
The standout guard Eli Ellis was selected as the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Overtime YNG Dreamerz.
