Regular Season Round 9: RWE - Diamond Doves 84-74

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked RWE (9-4) beat at home 7th ranked Diamond Doves (2-9) 84-74 on Wednesday. RWE dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Diamond Doves' 36. RWE forced 19 Diamond Doves turnovers. Keshawn Fisher nailed a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and Taylen Kinney accounted for 21 points and 6 assists. Four RWE players scored in double figures. Javon Bardwell came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and Isaiah Henry added 18 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Diamond Doves in the defeat. RWE have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Diamond Doves lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with nine games lost. RWE will meet league's second-placed City Reapers in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Diamond Doves will play against FoGA (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
