The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-rankedRiver Lions (14-7) in Winnipeg on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Sea Bears (9-12) 86-81 . American players dominated the game. Jalen Harris (196-1998, college: Nevada) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points and 5 assists. Guard Will Richardson (196-1999, college: Oregon) contributed with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Ronald Curry (193-1993, college: JMU) replied with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Khalil Ahmad (191-1996, college: CS Fullerton, agency: Octagon Europe) added 18 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Niagara. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. River Lions' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Sea Bears have a solid three-game winning streak.
