Important game to mention about took place in Saskatoon. Third ranked Sea Bears (4-1) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 5th ranked Rattlers (2-2) 96-93 on Friday evening. American guard Teddy Allen (198-1998, college: NM State) nailed a double-double by scoring 29 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and Nigerian-American swingman EJ Anosike (201-1998, college: CS Fullerton) accounted for 25 points and 8 rebounds. Sea Bears' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American point guard Justin Wright-Foreman (183-1997, college: Hofstra) came up with 34 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import guard Drake Jeffries (196-1999, college: Wyoming, agency: One Motive Sports) added 22 points respectively for Rattlers in the defeat. Sea Bears have a solid series of four victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Calgary. Rattlers at the other side keep the fifth place with two games lost. Sea Bears will play against Stingers (#9) in Edmonton in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rattlers will play at home against the league's leader Surge (#1) and hope to get back on the winning track.
