Regular Season Round 9: Wolves - Ballers 136-113

An interesting game for Wolves (4-3) which hosted in Holland their close opponent Ballers (3-2). Second ranked Wolves had an easy win 136-113. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ballers. They outrebounded Ballers 59-47 including 22 on the offensive glass. Wolves looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Point guard Demetrius Lake (180, college: GVSU) nailed a double-double by scoring 60 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side and guard Adrian Cobbs (185) accounted for 19 points and 15 rebounds. Swingman Prince Walker (193) came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 13 rebounds and Kezo Brown added 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Ballers in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ballers' coach gave up on the game allowing to play thirteen players seeing no chance for a win. Wolves maintains second place with 4-3 record having just one point less than leader Thunder which they share with defeated Ballers. Loser Ballers keep the second position with two games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
