Regular Season Round 16: Saskatchewan - Fraser Valley 79-85

The game in Saskatoon was quite interesting. Fourth ranked Fraser Valley (7-7) played at the court of 7th ranked Saskatchewan (1-13). Fraser Valley managed to secure a 6-point victory 85-79 on Sunday. Fraser Valley dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Saskatchewan's 30. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Kenny Manigault (195-91, college: Pikeville) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 assists. Jamaican-Canadian point guard Alex Campbell (191-93, college: Windsor) contributed with 18 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Devonte Bandoo (190-0, college: Baylor) replied with 25 points and American guard Demarcus Holland (190-94, college: Texas) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Saskatchewan. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Fraser Valley maintains fourth position with 7-7 record. Saskatchewan lost fourth consecutive game. Defending champion stay at the bottom place with 13 games lost.
