#1. Amandas Urkis (6'7''-F-1999, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Latvia) led his Latvian team Ventspils to an easy victory against the tenth-ranked Viimsi (2-6) crushing them 113-88 in the Lat-Est BL on Friday night. He scored 20 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 20 minutes. BK Ventspils (5-3) is placed sixth in the Lat-Est BL. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Urkis has relatively good stats this year 11.9ppg and 3.6rpg.
#2. Tobi Ewuosho (6'5''-G-1997, played in 2016-17, plays in Belgium) led his Belgian team Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Belfius Mons-Hainaut (4-3) 93-76 in the BNXT League in Saturday night's game. He recorded 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen (6-0) is placed second in the BNXT League. So far his team won all six games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. It's Ewuosho's first year with the team. Ewuosho has relatively good stats this season 13.2ppg, 4.8rpg, 2.3apg and 1.3spg in six games he played so far. He is a naturalized Nigerian.
#3. Anton Webb (6'8''-F, played in 2021-22, currently in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL could not help Shumen (2-0) to beat Akademik Plovdiv (2-4). He scored 7 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 19 minutes. Shumen was crushed95-68 on the road by the much lower-ranked Akademik Plovdiv (#9). But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Webb averages 4.4ppg and 8.2rpg.
#4. Experienced Janis Berzins (6'5''-G-1991, played in 2008-12, plays pro in Latvia) was not able to help Jelgava in their game against Kandava (7-1) in the Latvian RNBL (second division). Berzins' contribution was not very remarkable in Friday's game. He recorded only 3 points. The second-placed Jelgava (3-1) was crushed106-82 on the opponent's court by the leading Kandava in the West group. It's Berzins' 13th season with the team. This year Berzins averages 6.9ppg and 2.3rpg in seven games.
#5. Micah Savery-Richards (6'3''-G-1999, played in 2018-19, plays in United Kingdom) was not able to secure a victory for Nottingham Hoods (3-2) in their game against Breakers (3-1) in the British BCB (second division). He scored only 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 23 minutes. The first-placed Nottingham Hoods (3-2) was crushed81-55 in Milton Keynes by the leading Breakers in the Group 3. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Savery-Richards' first year with the team. This season Savery-Richards averages 3.8ppg and 5.4rpg.
