The most exciting game of round 25 in the TBL took place in Indiana. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 3rd placedIron Horses (7-7) to first ranked Bobcats (10-2) 129-126 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Iron Horses. Kokomo B. dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Iron Horses 's 44. Kokomo B. outrebounded Logansport 57-45 including 21 on the offensive glass. Kokomo B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Kokomo B. made 9 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Logansport helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Larry Plummer (190-1996, college: Missouri Valley) fired 34 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Guard Tremont Moore (190-1998, college: Co.Georgia) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Plummer is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard James Moore (193-1998, college: Shepherd) produced 24 points and point guard Joe Rush (183-1998, college: Marian, IN) added 20 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Kokomo B. maintains first place with 10-2 record, which they share with Albany P. Logansport at the other side keeps the third position with seven games lost. They share it with Lebanon.
