Very important is a road loss of second rankedHornets (6-3) against sixth ranked Fog (3-5) on Sunday night. Visiting Hornets were defeated by Fog in 61-51 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hornets. Port City Fog held Halifax to an opponent 22.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 30.9 percent accuracy of the winners. Grace Tilley (173) stepped up and scored 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and forward Clancy Macintyre (188) chipped in 13 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Chloe Wilson (180) responded with 8 points and 7 rebounds and forward Sashaneil Dabb (185) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Port City Fog maintains sixth place with 3-5 record. Halifax at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with Lake City.
