Very expected game when 8th rankedWranglers (1-17) were defeated on the road by first ranked Windsor Express (17-6) 109-105 on Friday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Windsor Exp. made 24-of-28 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game, while Glass City W. only scored six points from the stripe. They outrebounded Glass City W. 52-41 including 17 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was point guard Zavier Turner (175-1994, college: Manhattan, agency: GSE Worldwide) who scored 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard Latin Davis (183-1997, college: WSU) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Turner is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. American center Kyle Meyer (208-1993, college: Houston) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds and his fellow American import swingman Omari Peek-Green (198-2000, agency: BIG) added 21 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Wranglers' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Windsor Exp. maintains first position with 17-6 record. Glass City W. lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 17 games lost.
