There was no surprise in Toledo where 8th ranked Wranglers (1-15) were defeated by fifth ranked London Lightning (9-11) 125-113 on Thursday. London dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to Wranglers's 56. American JR Holder (198-1994, college: Jacksonville) scored 32 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Palestinian forward Calvin Godfrey (204-1990, college: Memphis) chipped in 22 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Javon Reliford with 38 points (!!!) and American swingman Omari Peek-Green (198-2000, agency: BIG) scored 25 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. London moved-up to fourth place. Glass City W. lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 15 games lost. London will meet Pontiac P. (#5) in the next round. Glass City W. will play against KW Titans and hope to win that game.
