Very important is a home loss of third rankedLondon Lightning (7-6) against fourth ranked Titans (8-6) on Thursday night. Host London Lightning was defeated by Titans in a tough game in London 133-142 . KW Titans dominated down low during the game scoring 78 of its points in the paint compared to London Lightning 's 54. KW Titans forced 20 London turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Titans brought some defensive toughness making 11 blocks. London was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. It was an exceptional evening for guard Jordan Burns (188-1997, college: Colgate, agency: GSE Worldwide) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 assists and 4 steals. Forward Jaquan Lightfoot (203, college: Southeastern) accounted for 21 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Paul Parks (-1990) came up with 34 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and Billy White (203-1989, college: SDSU) added 24 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for London in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for Titans . KW Titans moved-up to third place. London at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost.
