The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeatedWindsor Express (0-1) on the court of second ranked London Lightning on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by London Lightning 117-109 . London made 42-of-50 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game, while Windsor Exp. only scored twenty points from the stripe. 31 personal fouls committed by Windsor Exp. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Chris Jones (182-1991, college: Louisville, agency: Haylett Sports) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. The other American import Joel Kindred (193-1991, college: St.Augustine) contributed with 21 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Five London Lightning players scored in double figures. London Lightning's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Latin Davis (183-1997, college: WSU) replied with 31 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Tray Maddox Jr. (193-2000, college: W.Michigan) added 33 points (!!!) (made all of his nine free throws !!!) in the effort for Windsor Exp.London maintains second position with 2-1 record behind leader Newfoundland R., which they share with KW Titans. Windsor Exp. at the other side still closes the standings with one game lost.
