The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofEclipse (4-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Glow (4-1) 91-80 . It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Eclipse. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Glow forced 20 Eclipse turnovers. Point guard Odyssey Sims (175-1992, college: Baylor) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points. Montenegrin-American forward Natasha Mack (190-1997, college: OK State, agency: LBM Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Five Glow players scored in double figures. point guard Sheylani Peddy (170-1988, college: Temple) answered with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Alissa Pili (188-2001, college: Utah) added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for Eclipse. Eclipse's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Glow have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with defeated Eclipse. Glow is looking forward to face Gold Rush (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Eclipse will play against Rhythm and is hoping to win this game.
