Christophe Tshibola, point guard from the University of Laval, was selected as the Player of the Year at the U Sports. He received multiple other awards, was honored as the Rookie of the Year, and was named to the First Team and Rookie Team. Tshibola's court vision propelled him to the fifth spot in points per game an outstanding average of over 21. He also averaged almost 5 rebounds per game in the league. Tshibola has totalled 17 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 3 games. His 33 points against the Concordia were the most he scored in the 25 26 season.
Charles-Andree Robert, forward from the Bishop's University, earned a spot in the First Team of U Sports. He graduated from the Bishop's last year. With Robert's excellent performance, the Bishop's University achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 18 to 3 in the regular season. Robert registered over 16 points and almost 6 rebounds per game that season in the league. He has totalled 10 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 2 games on the year. Robert's 27 points against Toronto were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. Among many awards he was selected as the All-RSEQ Player of the Year in 2025. He was also selected to the U Sports All-Canadian First Team in 2025. Robert was selected to the RSEQ All-Rookie Team back in 2022.
Yanis Malanda, French guard from the Bishop's University, was voted to the First Team at the U Sports. He recorded over 13 points and 6 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Malanda's 23 points against the Concordia were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. He was selected to the Canadian CCAA All-Tournament Second Team in 2024.
Chakib Sedoud, forward from the Nadi Basket Staoueli, was selected to the First Team of U Sports. He was also chosen to the Rookie Team. Sedoud averaged almost 18 points and over 6 rebounds per game in the league. His 27 points against the Bishop's were the most he scored in the 25 26 season.
Jaheem Joseph, forward from the Concordia University, was named to the First Team at the U Sports. He logged almost 13 points and over 4 rebounds per game that season in the league. Joseph has totalled 3 games of 20 or more points on the year. His 21 points against the McGill were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. Among many awards he was selected to the All-RSEQ Second Team in 2024. He was also selected to the RSEQ All-Rookie Team back in 2023.
