DJ Jackson, 21-year old guard from the St. Francis Xavier University, was selected as the Player of the Year at the U Sports. He received multiple other awards, was named to the First Team and Tournament Team. Jackson's best performance made his team reach the final but they lost against the UPEI 79 to 84. He averaged almost 8 rebounds per game in the league. Jackson led the U-Sports in points per game with over 25. He has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 8 games. Jackson registered double-doubles in 6 games during the event. His 37 points against the Cape Breton were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.
The standout guard Kamari Scott was honored as the All-Tournament MVP of the championship-winning University of Prince Edward Island. He collected multiple other honors, earned the Student-Athlete of the Year, and was voted to the First Team and Tournament Team. Scott's excellent performance assisted his team in beating the St. Francis Xavier University 84 to 79 in the final. He had almost 15 points and 7 rebounds per game that season in the league. Scott's 26 points against the Acadia were the most he scored in the 24 25 season.
Shakael Pryce, guard from the Cape Breton University, was selected to the First Team of U Sports. He was also chosen to the Tournament Team. Pryce recorded over 19 points per game over the season in the league. He led the U-Sports in assists per game with 7. Pryce has totalled 9 games of 20 or more points on the year and logged 30 or more points in 3 games. He registered double-doubles in 4 games at the event. Pryce's 33 points against the Dalhousie were the most he scored in the 24 25 season. Among many awards he was selected to the All-OCAA West Division First Team in 2023. He was also selected to the All-AUS Second Team in 2024. Pryce was selected to the OUA All-Rookie Team back in 2020.
Flynn Boardman-Raffett, 23-year old French guard from the Memorial University, was named to the First Team at the U Sports. His masterful distribution skills earned him the fourth spot in points per game with an impressive average of over 21. Boardman-Raffett also averaged over 8 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 10 games of 20 or more points and notched double-doubles in 6 games on the year. Boardman-Raffett's 30 points against the Cape Breton were the most he scored in the 24 25 season. Among many awards Boardman-Raffett's team made it to the AUS Tournament Semifinals in 2022 and 2024. He was selected to the AUS All-Rookie Team back in 2022.
Jasha'Jaun Downey, guard from the Saint Mary's University, earned a spot in the First Team of U Sports. He recorded almost 21 points per game that season in the league. Downey has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 2 games. His 32 points against the Cape Breton were the most he scored in the 24 25 season. He was voted to All-AUS First Team in 2025.
