The Fontbonne University men's basketball team are the defending champions of the SLIAC Tournament!
First seeded, Fontbonne defeated fourth seeded, Spalding with a final score of 80-48.

Team Highlights
The Griffins held the lead during the entire game.
Fontbonne had 23 points coming from the bench.
In the first period, the Griffins went on an 8-0 run.
Ethan Chartrand (6'3''-F) led the floor with 20 points.
Cheikh Thiam (6'7''-C) recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Adam Painter (6'6''-F) was two rebounds shy from a double-double with eight boards and 12 points.
Brent Wagner (6'3''-G) was named Tournament Most Valuable Player. He drained a half-court buzzer-beater at the end of the first half to help extend the lead to 19 points.
Elijah Rice and Adam Painter earned All-Tournament awards.
