Argyle, TX - The DFW Just Hoops team in the Maximum Basketball League has been ranked #2 in the Nation in the MBL after a 3-0 start to the season. Xavier Ledet (6'4''-G, college: UTPB) and Steven McDonald have led the squad so far to their ranking. Ledet is a multi-dimensional athlete that scores from inside and out with high flying dunks and deadly shooting from the perimeter. He's averaging 55ppg, 5.5apg, and 11.5rpg while connecting on 69% of his attempts from the field. McDonald, a 5'10 Guard has burst onto the scene as well. Steven whose nickname is Redd has started the season with 25.6ppg, 4.6rpg, and 6apg while shooting 55%. Only appearing in one game so far each, Davene Carter (6'6''-F-93, college: Tarleton St.) 26/6 and Wolf Rabb (6'5''-PG-87, college: Midwestern St.) 22/11 also appear to be big contributors for the highly ranked club. Currently ranked #1 in the league is 4100 Elite. The Fort Worth based club is led by Chuck Guy who along with Wolf Rabb and Showtime Davene Carter were key players for the Dallas Skyline in the TBL last season. Also from that team is DK Eldridge and Terry Maston with the Texas Revelation and Coaches Chris Terrell and Jai Pradia (6'6''-F-79, college: Pitt St.) who help lead the DFW Just Hoops team owned and managed by Tristan Boone.
