Best performed former Northwest Florida State College players in pro basketball in last week games

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Raiders alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. Andres Feliz, a 6'2'' point guard from the Dominican Republic, who graduated from Illinois in 2020, showcased his skills during his time at NW Florida St. from 2016 to 2018, where he received the FCSAA/NJCAA Region VIII All-Tournament MVP award. Currently, he is playing professionally in Spain. In a recent match, Feliz, despite his efforts, could not help his team, Real Madrid (26-8), defeat BAXI Manresa (16-18) in the Spanish Liga Endesa. Real Madrid, the league leader, suffered a 87-94 defeat on the road to BAXI Manresa, who is ranked much lower at #10. This loss marked Real Madrid's fifth consecutive defeat, making every upcoming game crucial as the Regular Season nears its end. During the game, Feliz recorded 6 points and contributed 6 assists in 21 minutes of play. Despite his impressive performance, his team fell short of securing the victory against Manresa. Throughout this season, Feliz has been averaging 7.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in the 28 games he has played so far. With only two games remaining in the Regular Season, Feliz and Real Madrid will be looking to bounce back and finish strong as they aim to compete in the playoffs.

   #2. Brazilian Kauan Raymundo, standing at 6'7'' and at 21 years old, graduated in 2025 and was awarded the Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB Best Prospect of the Year. Currently playing professionally in Brazil, Raymundo recently played for Sport Club Corinthians Paulista in a tough match against the second-ranked Pinheiros. Despite a remarkable performance where he scored 16 points, secured 5 rebounds, and made 2 blocks in just 25 minutes, Corinthians fell short and lost 76-88 in the derby game. Raymundo's impressive display on the court highlighted his talent and potential, especially considering that this is his debut season in professional basketball and his first year with the team. Throughout the season, he has been averaging 6.3 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per game in 50 matches, showcasing his consistency and contribution to the team's performance.

   #3. Xavier Moon, a 6'2'' guard who is 31 years old, graduated from Morehead State in 2017. However, he played for NW Florida State between 2013 and 2015, where he helped them become the Panhandle Conference Champion in that year. Moon currently plays professionally in Russia. In a recent game, Moon was unable to guide Zenit (28-12) to victory. Despite his strong performance, Zenit suffered a 52-64 loss to the second-ranked UNICS in Kazan. Moon emerged as the second-highest scorer for Zenit, contributing 10 points in the game. Additionally, he secured 4 rebounds during his 33 minutes on the court. Against UNICS, Moon showcased his skills by scoring 10 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and providing 1 assist. Despite his impressive individual performance, Zenit was unable to secure the win. Throughout the season, Moon has maintained solid statistics, averaging 11.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in 23 appearances.

   #4. Jared Wilson-Frame, a 6'5'' shooting guard and former Panthers alum from 2019, showcased his skills while playing for NW Florida St. between 2015 and 2017, helping them clinch the Panhandle Conference Regular Season Champion title that year. Currently playing professionally in Mexico, he recently played for Pioneros de Los Mochis but couldn't lead them to victory in their last game against Frayles de, where they were defeated 94-100 in Guasave. Despite Wilson-Frame's strong performance, contributing 16 points in 35 minutes, Los Mochis suffered their third consecutive loss. In the game against Frayles, Wilson-Frame displayed his talent by scoring 16 points, grabbing 3 rebounds, and dishing out 2 assists. Despite his impressive individual performance, his team fell short. Throughout the season, Wilson-Frame has maintained high statistics, averaging 17.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game in 44 appearances, showcasing his skills as a standout player in the league.

   #5. Braelen Bridges, a 27-year-old center standing at 6'11'', is a professional basketball player who graduated from Georgia in 2023. Although he previously played for NW Florida St. between 2017 and 2019, he now showcases his talent in Australia. In a recent game, Bridges unfortunately couldn't lead the struggling West Adelaide Bearcats (3-9) to victory. Despite his exceptional performance, the team fell short against the Woodville Warriors, who are ranked fourth in the Central group, losing by a narrow margin of 97-95 at Flinders Park. During the game, Bridges displayed his skills by achieving a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds, along with contributing 2 blocks in 34 minutes of play. This performance is particularly notable as Bridges is only in his third season of professional basketball. His remarkable efforts on the court did not go unnoticed, as he was awarded the Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, solidifying his reputation as a champion player. Throughout the season, Bridges has maintained impressive individual statistics, averaging 18.1 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game across 12 games. His consistent high-level performance highlights his talent and potential as a finalist player in the league.

   #6. New Zealand native Joe Cook-Green, a 6'1'' guard aged 28, is a former Rams alumnus from 2020. Despite having played for NW Florida St. between 2016 and 2017, where he notably helped them secure the Panhandle Conference Regular Season Champion title, he now showcases his skills as a professional player in Australia. Recently, he led the Kalamunda Eastern Suns to a thrilling 95-90 victory over the eighth-ranked Hawks in the Australian NBL One, the second division of the league, this past Saturday. Cook-Green's exceptional performance earned him the MVP title of the game, as he contributed significantly by scoring 25 points, grabbing 6 boards, providing 5 assists, and adding 5 steals during his 36 minutes on the court. In a standout display against Perry Lakes Hawks, Cook-Green showcased his talent by scoring 25 points, securing 6 rebounds, and delivering 5 assists. His remarkable efforts were pivotal in ensuring the victory for his team, culminating in their triumph as the champion. Throughout the season, Cook-Green has maintained solid statistics, averaging 13.7 points, 3.1 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 1.3 steals per game across seven games.

   #7. Australian champion William Hynes, a 24-year-old guard standing at 6'3" and a graduate of Chowan in 2026, previously played for NW Florida St. between 2023 and 2024 where he helped them reach the final of the FCSAA Panhandle Conference Regular Season. Currently playing professionally in Australia, Hynes recently faced a tough match with the Ballarat Miners, who are currently ranked 19th in the league with a 2-12 record. Despite his outstanding performance, scoring 19 points and dishing out 11 assists in 37 minutes, the Ballarat Miners suffered a heavy defeat of 109-92 at the hands of the much higher-ranked (#3) Raiders in the South group. In another game against Knox R., Hynes showcased his skills once again by contributing 19 points, 3 rebounds, and 11 assists. Despite his remarkable efforts, his team unfortunately ended up on the losing side. Throughout the season, Hynes has been having an exceptional individual year, maintaining high statistics with an average of 19.6 points per game, 2.8 rebounds per game, and 4.0 assists per game across five games.

   #8. Drew Gordon, a 6'10'' center/forward and 28-year-old Bulldogs alumni from 2021, previously played at NW Florida St. between 2016 and 2018 before turning pro in the TBL. In a recent game, Gordon led 4 Bears Roar to a dominant victory over the Willamette Valley Jaguars, with a final score of 156-79 in The Basketball League last Friday. Gordon's stellar performance saw him scoring 17 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in just 16 minutes of play. His impressive display on the court was instrumental in securing the win for his team, highlighting his abilities as a true champion. Throughout this season, Gordon has been averaging 6.6 points per game and 3.0 rebounds in five games, further solidifying his impact as a key player for his team.
