Every week we bring you a list of the top former Knights players who continue their career in pro basketball.


   #1. Robby Robinson III, a 6'8'' forward who is 26 years old and a graduate of CSUSB in 2024, previously played at San Diego CC between 2018 and 2019 where he earned the All-PCAC South First Team award. Currently, he is playing professionally in Portugal and recently made a significant impact in a match against FC Porto, helping his team, Sporting Clube de Portugal Lisboa, secure a convincing 88-73 victory. In that game, Robinson III displayed his versatility by achieving a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds in just 29 minutes of play. The match was a highly anticipated showdown between two top 4 ranked teams in the Portuguese Liga Betclic Masculina. Sporting Clube de Portugal Lisboa, currently holding the second position in the league with a record of 17-5, benefited greatly from Robinson III's stellar performance in what was considered the game of the round. Despite this being Robinson III's inaugural season with the team, he showcased his talent and determination on the court, making crucial contributions to the team's success. His remarkable performance against FC Porto, which included scoring, rebounding, and assisting, highlighted his importance to the team's victory. Throughout the season, Robinson III has maintained solid averages of 7.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game in the 27 games he has participated in so far. As he continues to excel in the Portuguese league, Robinson III proves himself to be a valuable asset and a key player for his team.
