#1. British champion Noah Horchler, a 6'9'' power forward aged 28, graduated from Providence in 2022. Previously, he played for East Florida State in 2016 and 2017, helping them reach the final of the NJCAA D1 District VIII that year. Currently playing professionally in Puerto Rico, Horchler recently couldn't prevent Santeros de Aguada (10-10) from a 93-108 loss to the lower-ranked (#5) Cangrejeros on the road in Group A, despite his outstanding performance.
Horchler, the finalist, was the second-highest scorer of the game with 20 points and contributed 8 rebounds and 2 blocks in just 24 minutes of play. In a previous game against Santurce, he showcased another remarkable performance, scoring 20 points and securing 8 rebounds. Despite his noteworthy efforts, his team ultimately fell short in securing the victory.
In the current season, Horchler maintains an average of 9.1 points per game and 4.9 rebounds per game in the eight games he has participated in thus far. Notably, he is a naturalized British player.
#2. South African Osayi Osifo, a 26-year-old 6'8'' forward and a Dolphins alumnus from 2023, previously played for E. Florida St. where he contributed to their success by helping them become the Mid-Florida Conference Regular Season Co-Champion in 2020. Osifo currently plays professionally in Egypt and recently showcased his talents by leading his Egyptian team, Al Ahly Cairo, to a crucial victory over the closely-ranked ASCVD with a score of 87-76 in the Basketball Africa League game on Sunday night.
During the game, Osifo displayed an outstanding performance, scoring 13 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and providing 2 assists in just 23 minutes of play. This game was highly anticipated as it featured two top 4 ranked teams competing against each other. With this win, Al Ahly Cairo (4-1) secured the second position in the league standings, marking their fourth consecutive victory.
Osifo's remarkable contribution of 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists against ASCVD was instrumental in guiding his team to victory as the champion of the game. Throughout this season, Osifo has maintained solid averages of 7.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game in the eight games he has played so far, showcasing his versatility and impact on the court.

He recently led Frayles de Guasave to a decisive victory over the eighth-ranked Pioneros Los Mochis with a score of 89-75 in a game in the Mexican Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico league.
During the game, Monyyong showcased his skills by scoring 14 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and contributing 1 assist in just 19 minutes of play. His standout performance was instrumental in securing the win for his team, further solidifying his reputation as a champion.
Frayles de Guasave, with a record of 23-17, currently holds the second position in the league standings. Monyyong's consistent contributions this season are reflected in his averages of 9.5 points per game, 5.4 rebounds per game, and 1.3 blocks per game, which rank him as the fourth-best shot blocker in the league. His impressive stats and impactful presence on the court position him as a formidable finalist in the league.
#4. Eli Abaev, a 6'8'' forward/center aged 27, is an Eagles alumnus from 2021 who previously played at E. Florida St. between 2016 and 2018. During his time there, he was instrumental in helping the team clinch the Mid-Florida Conference Regular Season Champion title. Currently, Abaev is playing professionally in Israel.
In a recent game against the seventh-ranked E. Shomron (15-15) in the Israeli National League, Abaev put on a stellar performance, contributing 7 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists in just 24 minutes of play. This impressive display of skill aided in his team's decisive 97-77 victory, highlighting his abilities as a finalist on the court.
Ironi Nahariya, Abaev's team, is currently placed third in the Play-Off group with a record of 23-7. Abaev's stats this season are noteworthy, averaging 10.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game over 12 appearances.

#5. In a recent Australian NBL One match, the Rockhampton Rockets, led by the talented South Sudanese guard Junior Madut, secured a commanding victory over the 12th-ranked Seahawks with a final score of 104-78. Madut, standing at an impressive 6'5'' and aged 29, showcased his skills by contributing 15 points and 4 assists in just 29 minutes of play. This remarkable performance is even more noteworthy considering that Madut has only been playing professional basketball for three seasons.
