Every week we bring you a list of the top former Trojans players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. DeMarcus Sharp, a 6'3'' guard who is 27 years old, graduated from Austin Peay in 2024. He also played at Colby CC between 2019 and 2020, where he received the prestigious All-KJCCC D1 West Division Player of the Year award. Currently, Sharp is playing professionally in Bulgaria for Akademik Plovdiv. In a recent game against the league-leading Rilski team, despite his commendable performance, Sharp could not prevent his team from losing 73-86 on the road. During the game, Sharp showcased his skills by scoring 19 points, securing 4 rebounds, providing 6 assists, and making 3 steals in 38 minutes of play. This remarkable display of talent is especially noteworthy considering that Sharp is only in his second season of professional basketball. Unfortunately, this loss marked Akademik Plovdiv's third consecutive defeat. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, the upcoming match will be crucial for Sharp and his team. This season marks Sharp's first year with Akademik Plovdiv, and he has been maintaining solid statistics with an average of 14.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 1.4 steals per game in the 14 games he has played so far. Despite the challenges faced by his team, Sharp continues to demonstrate his prowess on the court as a true champion.

#2. Caleb Jones-McCrary, a 6'8'' forward/center and Pioneers alum from 2024, recently played a game for Karkkila but unfortunately couldn't help his team secure a victory. Despite his solid performance, Karkkila ultimately fell short to the second-ranked Kipina with a score of 91-102 in Aanekoski. Jones-McCrary showcased his skills by scoring 14 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and dishing out 6 assists in 38 minutes of play. These stats are quite impressive, especially considering that he is only in his second season of professional basketball. Throughout the season, Jones-McCrary has been excelling individually, showcasing high-level stats. He has been averaging 17.1 points per game, 9.4 rebounds per game, 2.8 assists per game, 1.1 blocks per game, and 2.0 steals per game across 25 games. Despite the recent loss, Jones-McCrary's consistent performance highlights his potential as a rising star in the basketball world.

#3. Javion May, a 6'2'' guard who is 26 years old and a graduate of SHSU in 2023, showcased his basketball prowess in a recent game in The Basketball League. Despite having played at Colby CC from 2018 to 2020, where he helped them secure the KJCCC D1 West Division Champion title, May now plays professionally in the TBL. In a thrilling matchup, May led the Kokomo Bobkats to a hard-fought victory against the Grove City Whitetails with a score of 119-115 on a Thursday night. During the game, May exhibited an impressive performance by achieving a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Additionally, he contributed 7 assists and 4 steals while playing for 31 minutes. This outstanding display of skill contributed significantly to his team's success, marking their seventh consecutive win of the season. May's consistent contributions on the court have helped the Kokomo Bobkats maintain a 9-5 record this season. His remarkable performance in the game against Grove City Whitetails, where he recorded 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 7 assists, may even lead to him receiving the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com. With an average of 11.9 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 2.0 steals per game in 12 games this season, May continues to showcase his talent and further cements his reputation as a true champion and finalist in the world of basketball.

#4. Austrian Mathias Mailath-Pokorny, standing at 6'8'' and 23 years old, a Trojans alumnus from 2024, is currently playing professionally in Austria. In a recent game, he was unable to lead Vienna United (14-8) to victory as they suffered a tough 89-71 loss to the second-ranked Mustangs in Mistelbach. Despite the defeat, Mailath-Pokorny emerged as the standout performer for United, finishing as the top scorer with 16 points and contributing 9 rebounds in 33 minutes on the court. Facing the formidable Mustangs, Mailath-Pokorny showcased his skills by scoring 16 points, hauling in 9 rebounds, and distributing 2 assists. His impressive individual performance, however, was not enough to secure the much-needed win for his team. Throughout the season, Mailath-Pokorny has maintained solid statistics, averaging 15.0 points per game, 8.0 rebounds per game, and 1.7 assists per game across 26 appearances.

#5. French player Alexandre Fanchini, a 6'0'' point guard aged 26, who graduated from Colby CC in 2020 and was part of their KJCCC D1 West Division champion team, currently plays professionally in France. In a recent game, he helped his team, Pays Salonais Basket 13, to a convincing 97-81 victory over the 12th-ranked C'Chartres in the French Nationale Masculine 1 league, where his team is currently the finalist. Fanchini showcased his skills by scoring 10 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and dishing out 2 assists in just 20 minutes of gameplay. His stellar performance was instrumental in securing the win for his team, which is placed tenth in Group B. Throughout the season, Fanchini has been a key player, averaging 8.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in 35 appearances.
