#1. In a thrilling matchup against Groningen, Eric Nottage, a 6'2'' point guard who graduated from FIU in 2017 and has previous experience playing in Tallahassee, showcased his exceptional skills by leading his Belgian team, Val-Dieu Spirou Basket Charleroi, to a hard-fought 100-97 victory in the BNXT League. Nottage, at 31 years old, delivered an outstanding double-double performance, scoring 17 points, distributing 11 assists, and securing 5 rebounds in a game that lasted 48 minutes. His remarkable contributions were pivotal in securing the 3-point victory for his team, establishing him as the undisputed champion of the game.
Currently, Val-Dieu Spirou Basket Charleroi holds the 11th position in the league standings with a record of 13-15. Nottage has been having a stellar season individually, boasting impressive statistics averaging 16.7 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, 7.1 assists per game (ranking fourth in the league), and 2.4 steals per game (leading the league) in the 15 games he has participated in. His exceptional performance not only on the court but also at the Eurobasket Summer League has undoubtedly played a significant role in his success and progression in the professional basketball scene.
#2. Dirk Williams, a 6'5'' guard who is 31 years old, previously played for the Blazers and was part of their alumni in 2017. He spent time playing in Tallahassee between 2013 and 2015, during which he received the All-Panhandle Conference First Team award. Currently, he is a standout player for a pro team in the United Kingdom.
In a recent game in the British Super League Basketball, Williams, a notable finalist, played a crucial role in the B.Braun Sheffield Sharks' 85-82 victory over the eighth-ranked Newcastle Eagles. He showcased his skills by contributing 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in 33 minutes of play. This victory helped the Sharks, who are currently placed fourth in the league, maintain a strong position as they approach the end of the Regular Season.
With only two games remaining in the season, each match becomes increasingly important for the teams. Williams, in his first season with the B.Braun Sheffield Sharks, has been a key player, consistently delivering impressive performances like a true champion player. Throughout the season, he has maintained high statistics, averaging 15.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game over 29 games played.
#3. Eric Boone, a 6'2'' forward who graduated from NCCU in 2023, has been making a name for himself in the professional basketball scene in Slovakia. Despite playing in Tallahassee between 2018 and 2019, where he received the All-Panhandle Conference Second Team award, Boone now finds himself competing overseas.
In a recent game, Boone, the top scorer with 20 points, showcased his skills by also contributing 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 39 minutes of play. This impressive performance is notable, especially considering he is only in his third season of professional basketball. Despite Boone's individual success, his team Lucenec suffered a tough defeat, losing 89-70 to the second-ranked Blue Wings.
Throughout the season, Boone has maintained high statistics, averaging 17.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 5.2 assists (ranking third best in the league), and 2.0 steals per game (second best in the league) across 37 games. Boone's consistent performance and all-around skills have solidified his position as a standout player in the league.
#4. Dericko Williams, a 6'7'' guard/forward who is a 26-year-old Vikings alumnus from 2025, previously played in Tallahassee between 2021 and 2022. During his time there, he received the All-Panhandle Conference First Team award. Currently, he is showcasing his skills as a professional basketball player in Kosovo. In a recent game, Williams, the top scorer for his team Sigal Prishtina, contributed 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists in 28 minutes of play. Despite his commendable performance, Sigal Prishtina suffered a significant loss with a score of 105-67 against the higher-ranked team, Bora, which holds the #3 position.
Williams, in his first season in professional basketball, is demonstrating promising potential with an average of 7.2 points and 4.1 rebounds per game in the nine games he has participated in this year. Although his efforts were notable in the recent game against Bora, his team was unable to secure a victory in the end.
#5. Jahvaughn Powell, a 6'0'' guard who is 30 years old, graduated from Nicholls in 2018. He previously played in Tallahassee between 2014 and 2016, where he helped them reach the final of the Panhandle Conference in 2016. Currently, Powell is playing professionally in Spain for Cantabria. In their recent game against the #8 ranked Alicante, despite Powell's solid performance, Cantabria suffered a 74-82 defeat at home. Powell was the second-highest scorer for his team, contributing 13 points along with 5 rebounds, making all of his five free throws in 22 minutes on the court.
With only four games remaining in the Regular Season, each game becomes crucial for Cantabria. This is Powell's first season with the team, and he has been maintaining an average of 7.0 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in the 27 games he has played so far. Notably, Powell, a naturalized American, displayed an impressive performance against Alicante, showcasing his scoring ability, rebounding skills, and overall contribution to the team despite the unfortunate loss.
#6. Daishon Smith, a 6'1'' guard who is 30 years old and an alumnus of the Warhawks class of 2019, previously played in Tallahassee between 2015 and 2016.
