EuroBasket Pro Mustangs Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Mustangs players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Experienced Maurice Ndour (6'9''-PF-1992, played in 2011-12, plays pro in Italy) was the major contributor in Brescia's victory against the league outsider Udine (0-3) 81-72 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night.
He scored 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 29 minutes.
Germani Brescia Leonessais placed first in the Serie A.
This season Ndour averages 8.7ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.3bpg.
#2. Jhery Matos (6'5''-SG-1996, played in 2017-18, plays in Uruguay) led Bigua to a 1-point victory against the closely-ranked Defensor (3-1) 91-90 in a derby game in the Uruguayan LUB in Friday night's game.
He scored 18 points, had 7 rebounds and dished 9 assists.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Atletico Bigua Montevideo (3-1) is placed second in the LUB.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
The Regular Season already ended.
It's Matos' first season with the team.
Matos has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 17.3ppg, 7.3rpg, 4.3apg and 1.5spg in four games he played so far.
#3. Isac Ahnstrand (6'2''-G-2002, played in 2021-23, currently in Sweden), who plays in the Swedish Basketligan could not help one of league's weakest teams Umea (2-6) in their game last Thursday. Despite Ahnstrand's good performance Umea was defeated 93-80 on the road by the higher-ranked Hogsbo (#9).
He scored 12 points and added 4 passes in 27 minutes.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Ahnstrand has relatively good stats this year 14.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 4.7apg.
#4. Jeff Early Jr. (6'3''-G-1988, played in 2010-11, plays pro in Luxembourg) was not able to help Bascharage (3-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Bascharage lost 66-75 at home to the lower-ranked (#8) Avanti.
Early Jr. was the top scorer with 26 points. He also added 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists.
It was Bascharage's first loss after three consecutive victories.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
It's Early Jr.'s first year with the team.
Early Jr. has very impressive stats this season 27.0ppg, 5.4rpg, 3.2apg and 1.8spg in five games.

Juan Felix Rodriguez (6'0''-PG, played in 2018-20) plays for CDP in Dominican Rep. Santiago League
Marc-Antoine Bourgault (6'5''-SG-1990, played in 2010-12) played for Vanves in French NM2
Zion Styles (6'3''-G-2000, played in 2018-20) plays for Albany Patroons in the TBL
AJ West (6'8''-C-1991, played in 2012-13) plays for Gujarat Stallions in Indian INBL
Thomas Binelli (6'10''-C-1999, played in 2017-19) played for Siaz Basket Piazza Armerina in Italian Serie B Nazionale
Will Martinez (6'5''-F-1992, played in 2018-19) played for Mount Vernon Power in the MBL
