EuroBasket Pro Raven Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Raven players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

   #1. Markeith Browning II (6'4''-G-2001, played in 2020-21, plays pro in Sweden) led Sloga Uppsala to a victory over the league outsider Koping Stars (1-5) 97-81 in the Swedish Basketligan on Saturday night. He was MVP of the game. Browning II recorded 31 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 35 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Sloga Uppsala (2-4) is placed eighth in the Basketligan. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Browning II's first year with the team. Browning II has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 19.5ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.5apg and 1.5spg.

   #2. Tevin Brewer (5'8''-PG-1998, played in 2018-19, plays in Austria) could not help UBSC Raiffeisen Graz (2-2) in their last game. Despite his very good performance UBSC Raiffeisen Graz lost 78-83 on the road to the second-ranked Dukes. Brewer was the top scorer with 22 points. He also added 6 rebounds and 8 assists; not bad, considering it's only Brewer's third season in pro basketball. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Brewer has very impressive stats this year 17.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 10.0apg and 1.8spg in four games he played so far.

   #3. Tylor Perry (5'11''-PG-2001, played in 2019-21, currently in Montenegro) contributed to Mornar's victory against the 12th-ranked Ibar (0-2) 81-68 in the Montenegrin Erste Liga last Monday. Perry scored 7 points and added 3 passes in 16 minutes. KK Mornar-Barsko Zlato Bar (2-0) is placed third in the Erste Liga. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Perry averages 6.5ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.5apg.

   #4. Tedrick Wolfe (6'5''-G/F-1997, played in 2015-19, plays pro in Norway) was not able to help Ammerud (0-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Ammerud was crushed111-82 in a derby game by the higher-ranked (#3) Centrum. Wolfe was the top scorer with 35 points. He also added 5 rebounds. So far Ammerud lost all three games in the Regular Season. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Wolfe's first year with the team. Wolfe has very impressive stats this season 27.2ppg, 5.7rpg, 2.0apg, 1.2bpg and 2.5spg in six games. Wolfe is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.

   #5. Vito Bajazet (6'10''-C-2004, played in 2024-25, plays in Slovenia) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Ljubljana (0-3) crushing them 88-51 in a derby game in the Slovenian 2SKL (second division) in Saturday night's game. Bajazet recorded 8 points and had 3 steals in 17 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Geoplin Slovan Ljubljana (1-1) is placed second in the 2SKL. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Bajazet averages 5.3ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.5spg.

   #6. LaVone Holland II (6'3''-G-1994, played in 2014-15, currently in Azerbaijan), who plays in the Azerbaijani ABL was not able to secure a victory for Nakhchivan (2-1) in their last game. Despite Holland II's very good performance the third-placed Nakhchivan lost 69-79 to the leading Ordu in the Grupa B group. He was the second best scorer with 15 points. Holland II also added 5 rebounds and dished 6 assists. This year Holland II averages 8.3ppg, 4.3rpg, 6.3apg and 2.0spg in three games. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

   #7. Bostyn Holt (6'7''-G-1999, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Japan) couldn't help Yamaguch Pats Five (2-6) in their game last Sunday. Despite Holt's good performance Yamaguch Pats Five was defeated 72-60 in Tokyo by the second-ranked Hachioji Trains. He was the top scorer with 13 points. Holt also added 4 rebounds in 27 minutes. This season Holt averages 7.0ppg and 3.4rpg.

   #8. Jalen Smith (5'9''-PG-2000, played in 2018-21, plays in Thailand) couldn't help CNX Orion in their game against Reapers in the Thailand TGBL (third division). Smith scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team lost 61-76. Smith has relatively good stats this year 12.8ppg, 5.5rpg, 3.5apg and 2.0spg in four games.
