Every week we bring you a list of the top former Bluewave players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Joshua Scott (6'1''-G-1998, played in 2016-18, plays pro in Serbia) led his Serbian team FMP BG to a victory over the league leader Derby (0-2) 87-80 in the ABA League on Saturday night.
He was MVP of the game. Scott scored 19 points and had 3 steals in 28 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. KK FMP SoccerBet Beograd (1-1) is placed first in the ABA League.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Scott has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.0ppg, 3.0rpg and 3.5spg.
#2. Malcolm Richardson (6'1''-G-1994, played in 2016-18, plays in Luxembourg) was the major contributor in Amicale's victory against the seventh-ranked Musel Pikes (0-3) 95-89 in the Luxembourg LBBL in Saturday night's game.
He scored 19 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 5 assists.
Amicale Steinsel (3-1) is placed second in the LBBL.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
It's Richardson's first year with the team.
Richardson has very impressive stats this season 15.8ppg, 5.8rpg, 5.8apg and 2.3spg in four games he played so far.
#3. Ja'Derryus Eatmon (6'10''-F-2001, played in 2019-21, currently in North Macedonia), who plays in the North Macedonian Prva Liga could not help Gostivar to beat Tikvesh (1-1).
Eatmon recorded 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 16 minutes. It was his first game for Gostivar this season.
his team was defeated 81-67 at home by the lower-ranked Tikvesh (#5).
It's Eatmon's first year with the team.
#4. Travis McConico (6'6''-F/G-1997, played in 2015-17, plays pro in Italy) was not able to help Juvi Cremona in their game against Avellino (2-2) in the Italian Serie A2 (second division).
McConico recorded 7 points and added 4 passes.
Juvi Cremona lost 68-78 on their home court in Cremona to the higher-ranked (#11) Avellino.
It was Juvi Cremona's third consecutive loss in a row.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
McConico has relatively good stats this year 12.8ppg, 5.0rpg and 2.0apg in four games.
