EuroBasket Pro Leopards Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Leopards players who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. KJ Jackson (6'2''-G-1998, played in 2016-18, plays pro in Hungary) could not help Sopron KC (10-10) in their game last Saturday. Despite his very good performance Sopron KC was edged69-67 on the road by the one of league's weakest teams Szedeak (#13). Jackson was the top scorer with 20 points. He also added 7 rebounds in 34 minutes. It's Jackson's first season with the team. Jackson has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 17.9ppg, 4.4rpg, 4.7apg and 1.7spg.

   #2. Kedrian Johnson (6'3''-G-1999, played in 2018-20, plays in United Kingdom) was not able to help Bristol Flyers (4-6) in their last game. Despite his good performance Bristol Flyers was edged78-75 at home by the leading Lions. Johnson recorded 10 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Johnson has very impressive stats this year 22.3ppg, 4.3rpg, 2.9apg and 2.0spg in seven games he played so far.

   #3. Bryson Etienne (6'3''-G-1999, played in 2018-19, currently in Lithuania) was not able to secure a victory for Silute (12-21) in their game against Delikatesas (5-28) in the Lithuanian NKL (second division). He recorded 5 points and added 5 assists in 20 minutes. The fourth-placed Silute (12-21) was badly defeated100-84 in Joniskis by the lower-ranked Delikatesas (#8) in the Places 9-16 group. It was Silute's third consecutive loss in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. It's Etienne's first season with the team. This year Etienne averages 4.2ppg and 3.1rpg.

   #4. Eric Terry (6'8''-F-1996, played in 2015-16, plays pro in Malta) led Valletta Lions to an easy victory against the league outsider Valletta Tigers (0-17) crushing them 124-93 in a derby game in the Maltese BOV League D1 on Monday night. He scored 15 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, passed 4 assists and added 2 blocks. Valletta Lions (8-8) is placed fifth in the BOV League D1. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. It's Terry's first season with the team. Terry has very impressive stats this year 17.3ppg, 9.9rpg, 2.1apg, 1.8bpg and 1.2spg in 14 games. Terry is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.

Chance Gibson (6'4''-G, played in 2010-14) plays for Lonestar Crusaders in the ABA

Jason Holder (6'5''-G, played in 2023-24) plays for NASSA in British NBL D2
Brandon Thompson (6'4''-PF-1992, played in 2013-14) played for Houston Mavericks in the TBA last year
