EuroBasket Pro Giants Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Giants players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Tristan Forsyth (6'10''-F-1998, played in 2018-19, plays pro in Norway). He could not help Ammerud Bskt (9-7) to beat Kongsberg (13-4) in the Norwegian BLNO.
Forsyth recorded 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 30 minutes.
But Ammerud Bskt was crushed110-80 on the road by the second-ranked Kongsberg.
Forsyth has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.3ppg, 8.5rpg and 1.3spg in eight games he played so far.
#2. Tiyon Martin (5'9''-PG, played in 2019-20, plays in Armenia) led Lusavan to a victory over the closely-ranked US Titans (1-3) 99-80 in the Armenian A-League last Sunday.
Martin was MVP of the game. He recorded 38 points (!!!), 4 rebounds and 6 assists (made all of his five free throws); quite an impressive performance considering it's only Martin's second season in pro basketball. Lusavan (3-0) is placed second in the A-League.
So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season.
The Regular Season already ended.
It's Martin's first year with the team.
This season he has very high stats. Martin averages 31.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 6.0apg and 2.3spg.
#3. Bryce Fitzgerald (6'8''-F, played in 2021-22, currently in Portugal), who plays in the Portuguese Proliga (second division) was not able to help Galitos-Aveiro (1-12) in their last game. Despite Fitzgerald's good performance the eighth-placed Galitos-Aveiro (1-12) lost 68-73 in Maia to the higher-ranked (#4) Basket in the North group.
He was the second best scorer with 13 points. Fitzgerald also added 9 rebounds in 33 minutes.
It was Galitos-Aveiro's 12th consecutive loss in a row.
His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
It's Fitzgerald's first season with the team.
Fitzgerald has relatively good stats this year 14.5ppg and 6.1rpg in 11 games.
#4. Experienced Bill Borekambi (6'7''-C-1992, played in 2011-13, plays pro in Germany) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Braves (5-8) crushing them 99-63 in the German ProB (third division) in Saturday night's game.
Borekambi recorded 8 points.
SBB Baskets Wolmirstedt (8-4) is placed fifth in North group.
It's Borekambi's fourth season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year 10.7ppg and 4.5rpg.

Derek Check (6'3''-PG, played in 2014-16) plays for Kern County Mamba in the ABA
Rob Walters (6'7''-F-1990, played in 2011-13) played for Silicon Valley Panthers in the ABA last year
Dewayne Holmes (5'9''-G, played in 2018-20) played for Honcho Elite in the EBA last year
Dida Pereira (6'8''-C/F-1992, played in 2015-16) plays for Santos in Brazilian CBB
