We bring you last week's top former Hawks players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Cameron Forte (6'7''-F-93, played in 2012-13, plays pro in Chile) could not help Los Leones (18-14) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the third-placed Los Leones (18-14) lost 102-107 on the road to the leading Temuco in the Conferencia Centro.
Forte had a double-double by scoring 30 points and getting 10 rebounds in 35 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. It was Los Leones' sixth consecutive loss in a row.
Forte has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 21.9ppg, 11.9rpg and 2.9apg in seven games he played so far.
#2. Goran Huskic (6'11''-C-92, graduated '13, plays in Spain) led San Pablo Inmobiliaria Miraflores Burgos to a 3-point victory against the seventh-ranked La ICL Manresa (13-11) 86-83 in the Spanish Liga Endesa last Saturday.
He recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting 12 rebounds.
San Pablo Inmobiliaria Miraflores Burgos (11-13) is placed 11th in the Liga Endesa.
Huskic has relatively good stats this season 10.6ppg, 6.1rpg and 3.5apg.
#3. Rob Gray (6'1''-G-94, played in 2013-15, currently in the NBA G League), who plays in the NBA G League was not able to help the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (23-27) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (#3) were edged 121-118 in Grand Rapids by the Drive.
Gray was the second best scorer with 22 points. He also added 7 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 32 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Gray's first season in pro basketball. The Regular Season already ended in the NBA G League.
It's Gray's first year with the team.
He has very impressive stats this season 17.1ppg, 3.4rpg and 3.2apg in 46 games.
#4. Shavon Coleman (6'5''-F-92, graduated '14, plays pro in Holland) led Dutch Windmills Dordrecht to a victory against the closely-ranked Zwolle (23-4) 93-83 in the Dutch Eredivisie in Thursday night's game.
Coleman recorded 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
Dutch Windmills Dordrecht (15-12) is placed fifth in the Eredivisie.
This season Coleman has very high stats. He averages 16.8ppg, 8.9rpg, 2.4apg and 2.2spg.
#5. Lis Shoshi (6'11''-C-94, played in 2013-15, plays in Israel) was not able to secure a victory for Maccabi Ashdod/Be'er Tuvia (17-6) in their last game. Despite his good performance the league leader Maccabi Ashdod/Be'er Tuvia lost 82-92 in Jerusalem to the lower-ranked (#3) Hapoel.
Shoshi scored 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 27 minutes.
Shoshi has relatively good stats this year 13.0ppg, 7.5rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2bpg in 20 games.
#6. Carlos Emory (6'5''-F-91, currently in Puerto Rico) contributed to a Santeros de Aguada's victory against the league outsider Atleticos 75-69 in the Puerto Rican BSN on Tuesday night.
He scored 7 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists.
This season Emory averages 6.6ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.2apg.
He is a naturalized Puerto Rican.
#7. Phillip Miller (6'1''-G-91, graduated '15, plays pro in Romania) couldn't help CS Phoenix Galati in their game against CS Dinamo Bucuresti in the Romanian Liga Nationala.
He scored 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 19 minutes.
His team lost 75-84.
Miller has very impressive stats this year 17.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 4.8apg and 2.4spg in 26 games.
#8. Niels Bunschoten (6'9''-F-94, played in 2013-15, plays in Ireland) was the major contributor in Maree's victory against the closely-ranked Belfast Star crushing them 96-75 in the Irish Super League last Saturday.
Bunschoten scored 21 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and made 3 blocks.
This season Bunschoten has very high stats. He averages 20.8ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2bpg.
#9. Stefan Radosavljevic (6'9''-F-96, played in 2016-17, currently in Spain) couldn't help Plasencia in their game against Albacete in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Radosavljevic cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones.
He scored only 2 points in 8 minutes on the court.
His team was edged 73-72.
This year Radosavljevic averages 4.0ppg and 2.8rpg in four games.
#10. Jamal Reynolds (6'4''-G-94, played in 2012-13, plays pro in Canada) couldn't help the Cape Breton Highlanders in their game against the Halifax Hurricanes in the NBLCanada. Despite his very good performance in Thursday night's game He recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 11 rebounds. Reynolds also added 3 assists.
This season Reynolds has very high stats. He averages 17.7ppg, 8.9rpg, 1.7apg and 1.2spg.
Reynolds has also Canadian passport.
