We bring you last week's top former Cougars players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Gerard Hadidian (6'7''-F-95, played in 2014-15, plays pro in Lebanon) led Homentmen to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Al Riyadi (12-4) 112-97 in a derby game in the Lebanese LBL in Sunday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds in 26 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Hadidian's third season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Homentmen Beirut (12-4) is placed second in the LBL. The Regular Season already ended. This year Hadidian averages 5.9ppg and 4.2rpg in 15 games he played so far.

   #2. Marvin Jones (7'0''-C-93, played in 2013-14, plays in Slovenia) could not help P.Olimpija (2-1) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance the second-placed P.Olimpija (2-1) was defeated 65-59 on the road by the lower-ranked Hopsi Polzela (#5) in the Places 1-6 group. Jones was the second best scorer with 13 points. He also added 9 rebounds. It's Jones' first season with the team. This year Jones averages 7.9ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.1apg.

   #3. Patrick Onwenu (6'6''-F-93, graduated '16, currently in Spain) was the major contributor in Albacete's victory against the eighth-ranked Plasencia (12-15) 73-72 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) on Sunday night. Onwenu scored 11 points in 28 minutes. Arcos Albacete Basket (13-14) is placed sixth in East group. Onwenu has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 15.2ppg and 5.5rpg in 11 games. Onwenu is a naturalized Nigerian.

   #4. Alex Tuluka-Mfumupembe (6'4''-G/F-89, graduated '13, plays pro in Belgium) was not able to help Royal Brussels in their game against Telnet Giants Antwerp B team (6-16) in the Belgian Top Division I (second division). Despite his very good performance in Saturday night's game Tuluka-Mfumupembe recorded 13 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This season Tuluka-Mfumupembe averages 9.2ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.6apg and 1.7bpg.
