Every week we bring you a list of the top former Greuhounds players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Evan Singletary (6'1''-PG-94, graduated '16, plays pro in Czech Republic) led BK Pardubice to a victory over the fourth-ranked BK Usti nad Labem (16-13) 77-69 in the Czech Republic NBL on Wednesday night.
He was MVP of the game. Singletary scored 15 points and grabbed 6 rebounds (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 27 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. BK JIP Pardubice (16-14) is placed fifth in Places 1-8 group.
This season Singletary averages 7.4ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.6apg and 1.4spg.
#2. Muusa Dama (6'9''-F-95, played in 2015-16, plays in Portugal) was the main contributor in Galitos-Barreiro's victory against the second-ranked Esgueira / Oli (8-14) 83-69 in the Portuguese LPB in Sunday night's game.
Dama was MVP of the game. He recorded 24 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists; not bad, considering it's only Dama's first season in pro basketball. Galitos-Barreiro (6-17) is placed fifth in Places 7-12 group.
Dama has relatively good stats this year 11.3ppg, 7.1rpg, 1.6apg and 2.0bpg in 10 games he played so far.
#3. Levente Juhos (6'10''-C/F-91, graduated '11, currently in Hungary) contributed to an Szedeak's surprising victory against the seventh-ranked KTE-Duna (11-11) 85-68 in the Hungarian A Division last Wednesday.
He was MVP of the game. Juhos recorded 19 points and added 3 passes in 30 minutes.
Naturtex-SZTE-Szedeak Szeged (6-16) is placed second from the bottom (#13) in the A Division.
It was Szedeak's first victory after five consecutive loses.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
It's Juhos' fourth season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year 12.2ppg, 7.4rpg and 1.3apg.
#4. Rayshawn Simmons (6'4''-G-93, played in 2012-13, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a Team Ehingen Urspring's victory against the closely-ranked Rostock (17-11) 87-75 in the German ProA (second division) on Saturday night.
Simmons had a double-double by scoring 15 points and making 10 passes.
Team Ehingen Urspring (16-12) is placed seventh in the ProA.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
Simmons has relatively good stats this year 11.5ppg, 3.5rpg and 9.4apg in 28 games.
