The Winston-Salem Wolfpack delivered one of their most complete offensive performances of the season, rolling past the Queen City Vipers 133–113 in ECBL action on Sunday. Winston came out aggressive, putting up 37 points in the opening quarter to take early control. The Vipers responded with a huge 43-point second quarter to briefly shift momentum, but the Wolfpack regrouped after halftime and dominated the second half. A 39-point third quarter gave Winston the separation they needed, and they closed it out with another strong fourth quarter to secure the win. Anthony Williams II (6'2''-G, college: Toccoa Falls) led the charge with a dominant 53-point performance, shooting efficiently from all three levels and setting the tone offensively throughout the game. NiQuan Cousins (6'4''-G-1998, college: Bluefield) added 19 points, while Justin Baker (6'3''-G) contributed 16 points. Jahlil Rawley (6'4''-G-1997, college: Stetson, agency: GSE Worldwide) filled the stat sheet with 13 points and 14 assists, controlling the pace and creating opportunities for his teammates.
For the Vipers, Anthoney Ray (6'5''-PG-2000, college: JWU, NC) led the way with 27 points, while Demarr McRae (6'2''-G, college: Livingstone) and Demetrius Richardson (6'4''-F-1995, college: Wallace St. CC) each added 20 points. Tyrik Grayson (6'1''-G, college: Caldwell Tech) chipped in 19, and Ibn Short finished with 18 points, as Queen City showed balanced scoring but struggled defensively in the second half. Winston-Salem’s offensive efficiency and ability to respond after the Vipers’ second-quarter surge proved to be the difference. With the win, Winston-Salem Wolfpack improves to 3-4, while the Queen City Vipers fall to 3-6 on the season.
