PrimeTime Steals Win From Wolfpack 89-87- April 7, 2026PrimeTime Players erased a double-digit fourth quarter deficit and closed the game with poise to secure a dramatic 89–87 road victory over the Winston-Salem Wolfpack on Saturday evening at Winston-Salem Christian School. Winston-Salem came out strong early, fueled by Jahlil Rawley and NiQuan Cousins. Rawley set the tone with 6 points in the opening quarter, while Cousins added 11 to give the Wolfpack an early edge. The momentum continued into the second quarter as Rawley chipped in another 6 points, and Tré McLean caught fire with 10 points, knocking down back-to-back three-pointers and a buzzer-beater to send the Wolfpack into halftime with the lead. Out of the break, Cousins stayed aggressive, pouring in another 10 points in the third quarter to help Winston-Salem maintain control. He finished with a game-high 21 points, while Rawley added 20 in a strong showing. PrimeTime, however, refused to fold.Trailing 83–73 at the fourth quarter media timeout, the Players flipped the game with a decisive 12–1 run. Kendall Wooldridge (6'3''-G) sparked the comeback with a clutch three-pointer, and James Richardson (6'2''-G/F-1994, college: SC State) followed with a key layup to keep the momentum rolling. The surge shifted the energy entirely and put PrimeTime back in position late. Winston-Salem briefly regained the lead at 87–85 after an and-one finish by Antonio Robinson, but PrimeTime had the final answer. Chris Moore (6'2''-G-1986, college: Charleston So.) delivered in the biggest moments, scoring on back-to-back possessions, including the go-ahead basket with just 10 seconds remaining. A final defensive stop sealed the comeback victory. From the box score, PrimeTime’s balanced attack proved critical. Cornellius Reynolds (6'6''-SF-1997, college: Claflin) led the way with 28 points and 16 rebounds, dominating the glass and providing a steady scoring presence throughout. James Richardson added 25 points on an efficient shooting night, while Chris Moore contributed 15 points along with 6 rebounds and 8 assists, orchestrating the offense down the stretch. Kendall Wooldridge chipped in 13 points and 9 rebounds, including the pivotal three-pointer during the fourth quarter run, while Odell Turner (6'7''-F-1991, college: Wingate) controlled the interior with 16 rebounds to go along with 4 points. As a team, PrimeTime shot 41.1% from the field and outrebounded Winston-Salem 57–40, a major factor in overcoming the late deficit. In the end, PrimeTime’s resilience, rebounding dominance, and late-game execution turned what looked like a certain road loss into one of their most impressive wins of the season.
