The Kingdom Life Basketball Club thrilled the home crowd with a commanding 113-101 victory over the Park City Dreamers in their latest East Coast Basketball League clash. The game showcased KLBC's determination and balanced offensive firepower, securing their well-earned win.
KLBC set the tone early, with Daylen Houston leading the charge with his aggressive scoring and dynamic play. The team built a steady lead by attacking the paint and capitalizing on transition opportunities. Despite a spirited effort from the Dreamers, spearheaded by Leroy Butts' impressive 27-point performance, KLBC maintained their composure and kept their foot on the gas. Daylen Houston was unstoppable, leading KLBC with an outstanding 27-point performance, showcasing his offensive prowess and leadership on the court. David Pino (6'7''-F ) also provided a significant scoring boost, adding 21 points to keep the momentum in KLBC's favor. Duane Goodman (6'2''-G-1997, college: Knox, agency: YoungGroup Unlimited) contributed 15 points with steady shooting and strong defensive play, while Vic Tshiona chipped in with 11 crucial points to round out a balanced team effort. Park City Dreamers Leroy Butts was the centerpiece of the Dreamers' offense with 27 points, keeping his team in contention. Josh Peterson and Ethan Wilson (6'1''-G, college: Wilson) added 21 and 16 points, respectively, showcasing their offensive talent, but it wasn’t enough to overcome KLBC’s determined play. KLBC demonstrated a strong team effort, with contributions from multiple players that highlighted their depth and versatility. The victory underscored the team's ability to execute under pressure, particularly in key moments of the game. With this win, KLBC continues to build momentum and establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the league.
