PrimeTime Player Explode with 186-117 Win Over Webdogs

The PrimeTime Players traveled to the Sterling Community Center in Greenville SC Sunday to take on the Webdogs in the 1st of two games between the two conference foes. PrimeTime jumped out the gate quickly with Matt Powell scoring 10 of the first 20 points for the visitors as they took a quick 20-4 lead. At the end of the 1st quarter PrimeTime had built a 45-19 lead with forwards Cornellius Reynolds (6'6''-SF-1997, college: Claflin) and Isiah Cureton combining for 22 total points in the quarter. The second quarter saw both teams getting up plenty of shots as they combined for 85 total points with PrimeTime adding to their lead going into halftime up 90-59. Diondre Pratt (6'4''-G-1994, college: JCSU) knocked down three, three point shots in the 2nd and Cureton added another 12 points for PrimeTime and Bryson Canty (6'1''-G, college: Bridgewater), Kendrick Holloman (6'3''-SF), and Deon Holmes (6'3''-SG) all added 10 points each for the Webdogs. Starting the 3rd quarter the scoring margin stayed the same until the end of the quarter where Cornellius Reynolds added 11 straight to help push the lead to 127-90 going into the 4th. The final quarter Chris Moore (6'2''-G-1986, college: Charleston So.) scored 16 of his 33pts, and Cornellius Reynolds and Isisah Cureton combined for another 20 as PrimeTime scored 59 points in the quarter and finished with a 186-117 win. Chris Moore (33pts 11rbs 12ast) and Cornellius Reynolds (41pts 17rbs 10ast) both finished with triple doubles for PrimeTime and Isiah Cureton (6'5''-F, college: Wingate) led all scores with 42 points while also adding 15 rebounds, and 8 assists. PrimeTime guards Diondre Pratt finished with 25 points, Matt Powell added 16, and Kerigan Farley (6'2''-G-1995, college: Wingate) added 12 points and 14 assists The SC Websdogs were led in scoring by Kendrick Holloman who finished with 28 points and 10 rebounds, and Randall Buxton (6'0''-PG) (19), Sintell Quattlebaum (6'5''-SG, college: St.Andrews) (16), Bryson Canty (15), and Deon Holmes (14) all added double figures.
