The PrimeTime Players traveled to Inman SC for their 2nd Road game to start of the season. The SC LIF Webdogs are a new expansion team this season and this was their season opener at Better Built Basketball Training Center ran by former ECBL Allstar Derral Beason. The Webdogs didn't disappoint at all in the opener and put together a great event and made a statement to the ECBL with the effort that they are here to stay. The game opened with the visitors taking a 35-20 lead at the end of the 1st quarter with PJ Heath (6'5''-F, college: Allen) and Matthew Powell (6'1''-G-1997, college: Mars Hill) combining for 13pts over the last 4 minutes of the quarter. The Webdogs were unable to get the score below double figures and played even through the second quarter as PrimeTime went into the half up 64-49. The second half started with Sean Barnette (6'6''-F-1986, college: Wingate) and Odell Turner combining for 14 points early as PrimeTime was able to push the lead up to as many as 28 but as before the Webdogs fought back to cut the score down to 19 at the end of the 4th. The final quarter PJ Heath gathered up 10 rebounds dominating it on the offensive end and Cornellius Reynolds (6'6''-G/F, college: Claflin) scored 14 of his Game high 30 points in the quarter as PrimeTime held off the Webdogs for a 129-106 win. PrimeTime Players had all 7 players score in double figures including three with double doubles Odell Turner 11pts 14rbs, PJ Heath 10pts 14rbs, and Cornellius Reynolds finished with 30pts 11rbs. Chris Moore (6'2''-G-1986, college: Charleston So.) added 18pts 8rbs, Kerigan Farley (6'2''-G, college: Wingate) 12pts 8ast, Sean Barnette 26pts, and Matthew Powell 22pts to round out the scoring for PrimeTime.
