Winnipeg Sea Bears (CEBL) signed 25-year old American forward Kevin Cross (201cm-109kg-2000, college: Tulane). He moved there from Tianjin Pioneers in Chinese CBA league. In 14 games he had 9.5ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.4apg last season. Good year as he was named League Player of the Week. He also played for another Chinese team Hunan Changsha (CBA).
Two years ago he was drafted by Indiana Mad Ants (G-League) in first round (16th overall).
The former Tulane University standout is in his second season in pro basketball.
Cross represented USA at the World University Games in Chengdu (China) three years ago. Cross' team won Bronze and he had almost 11 points per game.
He is quite experienced player. Cross has played on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played professionally in Germany (EnBW Ludwigsburg), Mexico (Tijuana Zonkeys) and NBA G League (Rio Grande Valley Vipers).
Among many awards he won Chinese NBL championship title in 2025. Cross was also voted All-AAC Most Improved Player of the Year back in 2022 at his college time. He played also for University of Nebraska for one year.
