The Winnipeg Sea Bears (CEBL) signed Tre Scott, a 28-year-old American forward who stands at 203cm tall and played college basketball at Cincinnati. He last played for the Long Island Nets (NBA G League) in the U.S. During his time in the NBA G League, he averaged 11.6ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.9apg, and 1.4spg in 34 games last season.
He is a very experienced player. Scott has played professionally in France (Provence Basket), Puerto Rico, NBA (Cleveland Cavaliers), NBA G League (SLC Stars, Cleveland Charge, Greensboro Swarm, Osceola Magic and San Diego Clippers), Canada (Surge), NBA Summer League (Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic) and The Basketball Tournament (Nasty Nati).
He won the NBA G League Eastern Conference championship title in 2024. He received the All-AAC Most Improved Player of the Year award and the All-AAC Defensive Player of the Year award in 2020.
Scott graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2020, and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
