Regular Season Round 33: Little Rock L. - Omaha F. 125-118

There was a small surprise in Little Rock where seventh ranked Lightning (7-14) beat 4th placed Finest (10-12) 125-118 on Sunday. Lightning forced 20 Finest turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists comparing to just 19 passes made by Finest's players. The best player for the winners was power forward Percell Washington (198-96, college: CBC) who had a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!) and 19 rebounds. Guard Deonta Terrell (193-92, college: A&M-Commerce) chipped in 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman KJ Scott (193-95, college: Mt.St.Mary's) who recorded 36 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Brandon Jones (198-96, college: Peru St.) added 26 points and 14 rebounds respectively. Five Lightning and four Finest players scored in double figures. Lightning maintains seventh place with 7-14 record. Loser Finest keeps the fourth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Dallas S.. Lightning will again meet higher ranked Finest (#5) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Finest will have a break next round.
