No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Lightning (6-12) beat on the road 9th ranked Prestige (1-17) 123-105 on Saturday. Lightning had a 41-29 advantage in offensive rebounds. Power forward Percell Washington (198-96, college: CBC) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Deonta Terrell (193-92, college: A&M-Commerce) contributed with 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Michael Zeno (198-95, college: New Orleans) replied with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Chris Whitfield (186-96, college: MBU) added 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Prestige. Five Lightning and four Prestige players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Lightning maintains seventh position with 6-12 record. Prestige lost fifteenth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 17 games lost. Lightning will face league's second-placed Outlaws in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Prestige will play against Finest (#4) and hope to win that game.
